Yours truly designed the eBook cover and will be designing some prints and stickers for the launch of the first JumpStart! book. I'm hoping to get enough of a sensation to turn one of my designs into a viny toy, but I'm getting a little ahead of myself. I'm still a few thousand words away from finishing the first draft plus I'm searching for an illustrator to help with the eBook cover design to make it look scrumptious.

Houston bring us Blue Nose!

Blue Nose Mobile Mission Control is basically this awesome smartphone app that allows you to launch rockets without the old alligator clips that seem to let go whenever you are ready to launch. All you need to do is flip the Bluetooth toggle switch which your smartphone will pick up then you hook up some sexy clips, then you activate your app which begins a countdown sequence then BOOM! Houston we have freakin lift off!

The stretch goals are something to actually check out. They are looking at advancing the entire model rocket launching to some other awesome level.

The Klick Stylus pen just got slimmer!

Following the success of their first kickstarter campaign, the creators have decided to update their awesome invention with:

Slimmer, Contoured & Lighter Weight Uni-body construction (no more spinning barrels!)

Solid unit, durable plastic clip (replacing the metal clip mounted to plastic)

Redesigned stylus tip (more responsive with less pressure required) PLEASE NOTE: Users with extremely thick screen protectors or cases that cover the screen may experience a slight decrease in responsiveness. While the decrease is not as drastic as the Original version it still may be an issue for some users.

Plastic sheathing around the retracted ballpoint tip (prevents the ballpoint tip from accidentally touching the screen if you press too hard)

Easier to change ink cartridges (simply unscrew the back side only)

Two new colors added (Green and Orange in addition to the standard Black, Blue and Red)

So in other words this ballpoint pen/stylus hybrid as evolved to something greater.

The Hunt is On!

So I am really hoping this works as not too much that I have tried has. My app project is a scavenger hunt game that uses bar codes as targets. So you are given an item you find in everyday stores, go find it, scan it, and move to the next one. You can have them generated to play by yourself, to host a few friends, or even to buy into our $5 a month membership that gets you access to our nationwide games that let you play for amazing prizes.

Fortune Finders is an mobile app that works by finding your targets aka bar codes. The way it works is that the app will give you an item to look for thus starting the scavenger hunt. You can play by yourself or with friends to see who can find the most items.

If you're feeling a little bit high risky. For $5 a month, you get access to the nationwide version of the game. The mechanics are the same. They send you the items then you hunt them down, BUT now you are competing with people around the world for the PRIZE OF THE DAY.
