Updates on graphics and hosting

If you need graphics or mixtape hosting I will no longer have FIXED prices. Everything will be custom quotes. I am going to remove the order forms. I will only have FIXED prices when I am having a special or sale. All ACCEPTED quotes must either be paid in full or at least a 20% deposit to receive a rough design.
