Last weekend my sister-in-law and her kids invited my family to go see Rise of the Guardians. As I sat down chugging my expensive cup of soda I couldn't help but notice my son staring at me as if saying "You are seriously gonna be drinking that loud?" Anyways, the film started off pretty cool with Jack Frost rising from the icy depths of a pond that will have meaning later on in the film. So far so good! The film doesn't even bother waiting to build suspense and delivers you the antagonist Pitch Black aka the Boogeyman, Dr. Watson as well as North aka the Russian Hells Angel turned Santa Claus. I felt the acting was really superb and you will be surprised with the actors if you haven't spied around for them yet. You will earn every dollar you spent in one scene ALONE! I say you need to watch this film when you can and I do mean NOW!
I give this film a 5 out of 5!
