I'm sorry once again for the lack of delays in this thingy-thing.
I've been working in my isolation chamber on my newest novel, but I won't share the title or other things yet! The word count process has driven me up the wall, so instead I'll be taking a per chapter approach to it. Unfortunately, I haven't been working on it as often as I want to. I've been doing a day on, day off pattern so to speak. I have a wall of post-its and a notebook full of research, so I'm not slacking on the details hopefully. I somehow created something that can be told in various mediums, but I want to express it as literary as possible before I move on to visual renditions of it. The first draft looks to be finished maybe by Summer if I can keep grinding these chapters out.
My screenplays have been scarce as well. I still some lingering in studios somewhere as I type this. I've been getting more requests from other studios, but my novel has been my main priority for now. I would love to go back on comics or even webcomics, but for now no lettering, design, comic, or co-writing jobs.

Busy months are just getting busier!
Sorry for the lack of updates my fellow gamers, readers, and anime watchers. I've been working on overhauling my entire line of work. I just wanted to let you guys know that I will be putting Sato on an hiatus. Now that doesn't mean I'm not working on anything else!
I've been working on a buttload of scripts for the origin story of my newest hero whose name will be not stated until I complete it and get it ready for pre-order aka crowdfunding such as kickstarter and indiegogo. On top of that I'm working on 2 graphic novels. One for mature readers and another for teens and up, which will be my first priority of the graphic novels. I also will be compiling the scripts for a script book, so you new writers and/or artists can get a glimpse at how I work. The webcomics obviously have not been updated for a long while. I'm sorry but the demanding workload for my writing and lettering has been hectic. I'm hoping to begin AOAT once again when I have a chance to breathe.
I'm also STILL working on my novel/novella/novellete I have no idea how long it's gonna be so why not put all the formats.
So I've been busy so I'm sorry again for the lack of updates. I'll be trying to deliver some good reviews, videos, and trailers soon.
P.S. I also began opening a Yu-Gi-Oh! card shop via eBay, so any of you duelists in need of cards visit my card shop.

January is finally coming to an end
Yes, finally the first month of the new year is almost finished. New year means new slate as I slowly drift away from hip-hop past and transition to comics. The change has been unique for me since I never thought that I would see my name on a comic book. Yet, there it is DeadWatch. My own parents were in awe at the fact that they see one of their sons actually releasing a comic...in print. I mean my parents always told me that they were "proud" of me, but never proud of me. My wife thinks I'm a damn celebrity since I spent all that time telling her that I'm gonna publish my comic and now here I am reading to my kids the useless adventures of DeathWatch.
I have been super busy this month, which is pretty good considering it's the first month of the year. I opened the publishing doors for other creators to come in and get their comics exposed. I am in the process of finishing up the Sato mini-series. Issue 1 should be out soon. I am planning on doing a KickStarter campaign to help us get the pre-orders for Sato #1 started as well as fund the artwork and printing for the rest of the series.
I even started on a graphic novel, but I'm keeping the details on the down low until I finish it. I don't really want to take the food from my kids' mouth for this project. So I will be running a pre-order campaign for this book through KickStarter as well.
The reason why I'm going through KickStarter is because I want to actually send the books to people who actually will read and enjoy the stories.
Unfortunately, my day job will be running it's course sometime this year, so I'm really debating whether I should put my webcomics on hold, so I can focus on getting some lettering projects and on my writing. It really sucks since this day job was the only way we were able to eat and support my comics. Now I'm gonna be twice as aggressive with my projects. I hope this works out for the best.
I turn to you, my supporters, to help me out even more in this year.
Thank you all,
Eric (Cire Designz)
