My take on Wreck-It Ralph

So recently I went to take the family to watch Wreck-It Ralph...and it is AMAZING! As a gamer, I thought long and hard about even showing up to this film thinking it was going to be an abomination of fake video game films. I was so so wrong thankfully! You can tell Disney put a lot of time in creating the world of a small town arcade. As a video game fan boy, I didn't really put much thought into what happens to a game after its time was done even the cheat codes and glitches such as the Konami code.

The video game character cameos were freaking BOSS! M. Bison, Sonic, Ryu, the dudes from Joust, and the list goes on and on! The comedy they infused with them is so incredible I just couldn't keep a straight face for the whole film.

Now the actors themselves were just to perfect for their characters. John C. Reilly I've always been a fan of since Gangs of New York, but his take on Ralph was spot on perfect, it was natural. Jack MacBrayer's goody two-shoes demeanor was funny and perfect as well. Jane Lynch to be honest I never found her attractive until this film. Is that weird? I think it is...Anyways her aggressiveness complimented her character and she helped the plot points with almost no effort at all! Now finally, Sarah Silverman, what the hell!? I spent the whole time saying to myself "That adorable little baby girl cannot be her, it just can't." Well, it was 100% Sarah and I will applaud for her freaking adorableness. I got a new found mini respect for her and I hope this won't bring me an angry mob but she was the film! There I said it! So if you need a film perfect for gamers with a family it has to be this one right here!

Out of 5 stars. I give a it a 4. I would've given it a five but King Candy pissed me off...
