God of...what buttons are you pushing?!

So have you seen the new God of War: Ascension video game? If not, check out the trailer below it's ok I'll wait...

Ok great I didn't lose you, yet! I myself haven't played this game yet, but the gameplay itself looks pretty frustrating. I don't want to put my money in my mouth just yet-- I do see some potential in this violent, bloody, multiplayer video game. You got the angry gladiators, some Roman Soldiers, and a freakin Cyclops as big as a damn building. For some reason, I can picture my friends and I button mashing and cussing at the game for having such confusing controls.

This game for some reason will have some RPG elements along with the gore such as avatar construction, then you get your avatar toward a deity of your choice such as Ares, the God of War or Zeus, the King of the Gods, for example. Depending on your choice, you will get a bonus for you class of fighter.

I really hope this game is really worth my $60 because if not, I always got DFO.
